I needed to put my trailer in storage due to a family medical issue. Sentinel explained to me that they had a program where the first 4 weeks were free and then monthly payments taken out at a month. I told them I just needed 2-3 weeks and was willing to pay for that. They said no problem, sign up for the free 4 week program and if I took the trailer out before 4 weeks, there would be no charges except for my registration( cannot remember but around $20). Today I retrieved my trailer and was told the contract was up and I was fully paid up. $0

Paul, the assistant manager, was extremely professional and respectful and helpful. Also, whoever was speaking with me on the phone with similarly and professional and helpful and informative. I feel that my items will be safe here. And also free from mold because it is climate controlled, which is exactly what I want to keep all my items safe! Top quality service!

I love Sentinel Storage! I have used a few different storage facilities in the past and Sentinel is by far my favourite. They have the best security among their competitors and their staff is absolutely wonderful. I also want to give a special shout out to Soheil Jurabchi!!! I had booked Sentinel’s complimentary moving truck for one of my moves and unfortunately, I ran into some issues that forced me to return the truck late past the time that it was due back. Soheil took such amazing care of me and did everything that he could to remedy the issue, including coming up with a creative solution as well as staying hours late past closing time and his shift to assist me with returning the truck. Moving is very stressful, especially with unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Soheil did everything in his power to alleviate my stress when everything went sideways. His customer service, patience, and willingness to work with me and go the extra mile meant everything. I will be recommending Soheil and Sentinel Storage to everyone that I know. The staff were great. Polite, concerned about meeting our needs in the best way possible. The facility was one of the cleanest both inside the buildings and outside.
